·        Managing experiences or opinions in relation to products and/or services through the testimonials of users which will be published on the website and thus help other users. The only personal data that will be published from the testimonial will be the name and city of the user. We will keep the data provided for as long as the user does not request its withdrawal and for the time established by law with a minimum duration of 3 years.

The legal basis for the processing of data will be the consent that the user provides when registering through the form provided for that purpose on the website and by selecting the box to accept our privacy policy before sending their request.

·        Improving their experience when browsing on the website. We will keep the data for as long as the user does not revoke their consent to the processing of it by eliminating cookies and for the time established by law with a minimum duration of 3 years.

Your data will not be disclosed or assigned to third parties unless there is a legal obligation or to the providers linked to the Controller who act as processors.

No international transfers are carried out, in the event that they could be carried out at some point, you will be informed in order to obtain your consent.

It is important that in order for us to always keep personal data up-to-date, the user always informs us whenever there has been a modification to it, otherwise, we are not responsible for the veracity of it.

Processing of data of Minors

Whoever provides data through the forms on this website and accepts its processing declares that they are over the age of 14, children under this age are prohibited from accessing and using the site. If at any time the Controller detects that a minor under the age of 14 has provided personal data, we will cancel it. Likewise, in any case parents or guardians can contact World Turrón Day in order to block the access account of the minors in their care who registered by falsifying their identity.
